What's happening..........? What should I do............?

It's a very long time since I visited Tabulas and posted something.

I feel stressed right now.. I feel sad.. I feel tired..

Stressed by the consequences that I am facing right now.. Sad because I feel that I haven't proven anything yet, the fact that I have already exerted effort on what I gave.. I feel tired.. Tired of giving what I can give, what I can do, what I can sacrifice and what my efforts that I can exert.. It's so hard for someone to give his best, to give whatever he can give and yet......... those things are not being appreciated. Those things are being left unnoticed. Unnoticed because you are nothing for them. Because you cannot be with them. You cannot do anything for them. *sigh*

There are such things coming my way as of this time. Family issues, personal issues and WORK issues. I admit my mistakes on each call or e-mail being evaluated. However, I am really sad about the things that I am encountering. First, about my QA Sessions for e-mail processing which ruined my July Performance. Then it was followed by another e-mail that I sent and was tagged by HZ QA Team that was wrong process. That made me decide to request for my processing VDN be removed temporarily for the month of August 2008. They initially decided to give me only a week as a refresher. But for the things that I have right now, I requested a month. I can't have this thing come my way the whole month of August. Suddenly, another QA session that I got made me feel bad. This time for Voice. I admit my mistake being impatient and kinda rude during the call because I am pissed off with the ******** Cx. That gave me major F Category deductions. So sad....

Here are some things that I want to find an answer...

Am I still happy with my current job/company?

Am I still happy with the people whom I work with?

Is it about time to find a new place where I can be ME? Where I can be rewarded for what I exert?

Or are these things given to me as another challenge that I need to take?

June 6, 2006 - The day when I started my current account ***. For security purposes, I apologize but account name is privatized.. Hehe.. Client Specifics Training run for the whole month of June, 2006. I was then part of *** Batch 54.

July 2, 2006 - When I came in live on the floor with my 5 PM - 2 AM sched and WED-THU RD. As usual, nangangapa. Since this is my first callcenter job, and I am on a Technical Account. As in I have no idea how to create a Web site, how to fix e-mail issues. But then, thanks to PS for giving me the opportunity to work here. With this kind of account, I have learned such technical things when it comes to Web sites and e-mail services.

The Jonases

I started my *** career with this Team, The Jonases wherein my Supervisor was Jonas Zaragoza. He was my sup for 5 months. He gave my 100th day and 5th month appraisal, my apparaisals which made me proud of myself. Haha.. He was the one recommended me for regularization. My sup on this account. So I have no comparison to be made. He is so OC with Schedule Adherence. Of course he also looked at other metrics of our performance. I was then a constant White Rabbit Awardee of the team since July - November 2006. Since this was my only team during my probi period, it was this team when I got my highest performance when I am still in the probi period. We also had a Team Building then in Laguna. That was a memmorable one, my first outing in this job..

Thanks Jonas for building me up. Thanks for the courage.

My QA Analysts then was Vanessa Cornel, who is now a Supervisor on the same account and Brian Gaerlan. These 2 QA Analysts had given me support to become a good agent on our account by means of their way of coaching. Thanks to both of you.

 

Mighty McKoys was my 2nd team in this account. December 3, 2006 when I started on this team of Marcus Ferrer. I had then the same schedule 5 PM - 2 AM and same RD as well. As a newly regularized employee gave me more challenges. I became more OC with my stats. I was tapped to be trained for Storefront E-mails as per the recommendation of my Sup on January 2007 then started processing after the training. On this team as well wherein I started to earn extra bucks for myself, which is called the monthly Performance Bonus given by the Clients. I started getting the said bonus way back on January 2007. I also experienced how it was to be on the 2nd top rep of this team. However, it hurts to be always the 2nd and not the ERep Excellence Nominee for the team. Hehe.. But still, I was very happy then about my performance, I can say that I am really improving.. We don't have any team building then but we always have a team meeting wherein we have our meienda. We even spent Christmas eve with each other. We had prepared foods to be shared with each other.

Thanks Sup for pushing me achieve even a higher performance.

My QA Analysts on this period was Edgar Allan Magsanoc and Luis Young, who is now my Supervisor on the same account. I salute their way of evaluating and coaching the reps they handled. Thanks!

 

Shiftbid results has been released for the new sched bids. With my new sched 6 PM - 3 AM with restdays ng mayaman as they say, SAT-SUN (with alot of complains and comments about the available scheds, hehe) April 1, 2007 when I became a "kitten". This is how Kate Escolano calls her reps. I can't forget the thing that I said before, I don't like Kate to be my Sup because looking at her worked as a Sup, how she handles her reps, so strict but in a way that will really help you. I remember when I told her about this on our Team Building in Batangas, she just kept on laughing. Pero that's what I really feel eh. Lam niyo naman, what I feel is what comes out on my mouth, that's how frank I am. But the time I became her rep, my mind had changed alot. I regret concluding on that. And I would even regret if I have not given the chance to be her rep. This was the most memorable team that I had when it comes to us being the FOUR-TIME CHAMPION. Yes, we did it to be the Account's Top Team for 4 succeeding months. Great di ba? And I am so proud being part of the team. Again, 2nd top rep na naman lang ako and never did I experienced to be the Erep Excellence Nominee for the team. Si Ryan kasi eh.. hehe. Just kidding! This was the team where I got my highest performance (and of course high PBonnus as well) as of this point and I am very happy with that. Aiming to accomplish it again. Same thing, I got Performance Bonus during these 4 months. Kate always tell us, "don't just aim for what you have right now, aim for something that you believe you can!" I learned alot during my stay with this team and I apreciate every single thing Kate has contributed to us. I'll always bear it in my mind and never will I forget those things. Thanks Ms. Kate. Meow.. Meow..

The so kind QA Rhon Santos was my QA Analyst fot this team. The first time that I had experienced seeing my name on the list of QA Top Performers for the month with 100% evaluations.. Haaayyy, sarap ng feeling sabi ko nga kay Harlan noon.. Thanks Rhon. I hope maging QA pa ulit kita!

 

Thank God natapos din ang kalbaryo ng 6 PM - 3 AM sched. August 5, 2007, with the new sched 4 PM - 1 AM with SAT-SUN RD, with the new team and of course new Sup, Karlo Legaspi. He was an external hired. I was then at ease working with Karlo since una ako sa kanya sa PS, hhhmmmppp.. hehe.. Just Kidding, peace Karlo. He was a very good Sup to look into like my other Sups and other Sups here in our account as well. At last, after such a long time, almost a year, I became Karlos Primeros Erep Nominee for the Month - August 2007. Karlo had contributed alot for us to become a good performer, dancer, singer, hehe.. Joke uli! Believe it or not, Karlo knows how to handle his reps, like other Sups. Thumbs up to you! They had the 1st team building but I failed to come since nagkasakit ako. Huhuhuh.. Dito din sa Team na 'to ako unang nalate for the 1st time.. Asar! I was late last October 31, 2007, 1 month na lang for the RoadRunner, nawala pa.. Haaayyy... But my stay with Karlos Primeros was one of the best as of now. I ended up with this team as the Erep Excellence Nominee again for November 2007. Great! I am thankful as well to Karlo for he endorsed me to be trained as a TSS. Yehey, nagkaron ako ng hosting package.. at may right click na ako.. wahahaha.. Joke..

My QA Analyst during my stay here was still Rhon Santos. Xempre, ayun, ok na ok.. Thanks Rhonie Rose.

My current team. For a change, I decided to leave GY and try the real Phil office time. I got 9 AM - 6 PM with SUN-MON rd. Masaya ang AM shift. I started the month, December 3 - 7, 2007 on TSS training. Then when I came live again on December 11 with my new sched, TSS na ako.. waaahhh... Not that happy at first kasi ang hirap mangapa.. But later, I am enjoying it since I am getting less calls. More avail time unlike when I was in Tier1. I started my 1st month as a TSS and with this team bad. As per my Sup Luis Young, it's ok because I am still in the adjustment period. But I am sad since I am unable to get a Perf Bonus for Dec for the 1st time and for Jan 2008 pa. It's really sad that's why I will need to work on it as early as now. 1st 2 months with my new Sup had gone ok. We are already at ease since he became my QA Analyst before.

Nothing more to talk to about my new team since nakaka-2 months palang.

Maybe alot of you will wonder why my post is like this. This has something to do with my post before this. So sad!
